What is an AI voice interview?
It’s a one-way screening interview that candidates take by voice. You write the questions, an AI interviewer reads them aloud, and the candidate answers out loud, the way they would on a phone screen. Nobody on your team has to be there at the time.
What do candidates need to take the interview?
Just the link you send them, an up-to-date web browser, and a microphone. They don’t create an account or download an app.
How is this different from a one-way video interview?
There’s no camera. Candidates answer by voice only, so nobody is judged on their lighting or background, and the questions are spoken rather than read off a screen.
How long does an interview take?
That’s up to you. Each question you write is one spoken answer, so a short screen of three or four questions takes only a few minutes.
